Instructional Videos for Beginners

The following videos were developed for parents new to the sport of lacrosse with a child interested in learning how to play.  These videos range in length from 60-90 seconds each and provide you the steps necessary to help them practice the fundamentals as they get started. They will learn the correct way to scoop, catch, throw and cradle while avoiding common mistakes kids make in the early stages of their learning.
