How often do we email you?
We try to keep it to once per week during the season, but sometimes -- depending on how many events we have going on -- it could be as many as 3 times in a week, but that's rare. In the off-season you may get one or two emails

How do I stop receiving TigerMail?
You can unsubscribe from TigerMail at any time using the links found at the bottom of every TigerMail email. However, this is the way we will contact you, so unless you're no longer participating or moving, we highly recommend you stay subscribed.
Do you share my email address with anybody?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! You can be sure that companies and organizations ask us to give your email address to them, but we will never do it. In some cases, if we think the message or offer is a benefit to Northport Lacrosse Club members we may send a TigerMail on behalf of a partner, but that's it. Your email address will not be given to anyone, period.

Why aren't I receiving my TigerMail?
If you signed up and don't receive emails it could be for a few reasons.
- Your SPAM filter may be blocking it. To resolve this add northportlax.com as a trusted sender. Often you can do this by adding info@northportlax.com to your address book.
- Your ISP may be blocking it. It has happened and AOL and Optimum are the biggest culprits. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about it. You would have to contact your ISP.
- We haven't sent any TigerMail. During the off-season we rarely send TigerMail. If it's the spring lacrosse season and you haven't received an email in over a week, you might have one of the problems mentioned above.
