Head Coach
Brad Mclam, Johns Hopkins University
Brad was a two-time All-American defensive midfielder at Johns Hopkins University 1985 & 1986. Member of the NCAA Championship teams at Johns Hopkins University 1984 & 1985. Voted Outstanding Defensemen; 1986. Brad also lettered in football for JHU and held the record for all-purpose yards for over 10 years. Four years as an assistant coach at C.W. Post; 6 years as an assistant coach at Mepham HS including county finalists in 1992 and currently a Northport School District coach. Brad is also a Northport Lacrosse Club Board Member and coaches his daughters’ Northport Lacrosse Club teams.

Mike Zagari, CW Post University
Mike graduated NJ ’s, Bridgewater-Raritan High School in 1998 (State Champs) where he earned All-State, All-Conference and All-Division honors in the net. He moved on to a successful college career at C.W. Post where he started between the pipes for 2 years. Mike is the head coach of Garden City Middle School and in an instructor at several camps along the east coast. In addition to being our U11 (5th Grade) Summer Team Coach, Mike will be handling TeamTiger winter and early spring goalie training.

Head Coach
Christian Lynch, Sacred Heart University
Chris played Division 1 lacrosse at Sacred Heart University (’05) where he saw significant playing time all 4 of his college years tallying mult-point games against the likes of Brown (3G, 1A), Denver (3G), Butler (2G, 1A) and Colgate (2G) to name a few. Chris put the rubber stamp on a successful college career when he was invited to play in the college East/West All-Star game his senior year. After graduation he coached lacrosse in Manchester , England and works at Cold Spring Harbor High School and Primary School.
Chris played his high school ball at Northport High School for Coach Searing. He was named team captain and earned All-League and All-County honors his senior year. He was voted offensive team MVP. He also lettered in soccer at Northport High School.
Chris lives in Huntington and teaches/coaches in the Cold Spring Harbor School District.

Larry Cerasi, Stony Brook University
Larry was the 2003 Ray Enners Award for Outstanding Suffolk County High School Lacrosse Player. He played college lacrosse at Division I Stony Brook University (’07) where he played in virtually every game of his college career, earning America East All-Rookie his freshman year and finishing up his career when he was invited to play in the College North-South All-Star Game.
Larry played high school lacrosse at Middle Country, where he was a two-time All-County selection. He ranks fourth all-time with 127 points and second all-time in assist (64).

Patrick Rogin, New York Institute of Technology (NYIT)
Pat played college lacrosse at Division II powerhouse NYIT (’09) where he played in virtually every game in the four years he was on the team. He was team captain his senior year. In 2008, Pat and the NYIT team won a national championship in front of 24,375 fans at Gillete Stadium. Pat was a tenacious defensive player and a ground ball machine in college (77GBs) and high school.
Pat attended Northport High School where he lettered in football, wrestling and lacrosse. Earned All-League honors as a sophomore and senior in wrestling, All-Division honors as a junior and senior in football and All- League honors as a sophomore and All-County honors as a junior and senior in lacrosse.

Al Cicio, Northport Middle School
1980 – Graduated from Huntington HS: Lacrosse Team captain, all -county player. All-county wrestler on State Championship Team

U17 (Varsity) Head Coach
George Searing, Northport High School
A proven coach at every level — youth, high school and college. George has brought teams to State and National Championships while coaching at Yorktown, NYIT and Northport.
George got his start in 1986 at upstate powerhouse Yorktown High School. During his tenure at Yorktown they won the New York State Championships in 1989, 1991, 1992, and 1993, and they were New York State Finalists in 1987 and 1990. While the head coach at Yorktown he was named Hudson Valley Coach of the Year in 1994 and 1996. He was also the Hudson Valley Empire State Team Coach.
In 1999 he became a Varsity Head Coach at Northport HS. He was named Suffolk County Coach of the Year that same year and took the Tigers to back-to-back state championships is 2000 and 2001.
In 2002 George took the offensive coordinator position at NYIT. While there, he helped lead the Bears to two NCAA championships.
George is currently the Northport HS Varsity Coach. He is also a member of the Northport Lacrosse Club Board of Directors and a founder of Team Tiger.
