1) Write back and tell me a little bit more about yourself, about your interests and accomplishments both on and off the lacrosse field (include your full contact information including mailing address, phone number, etc.)

2) If you haven’t already, take a few minutes and fill out our questionnaire at URL FOUND ON MOST COLLEGE LACROSSE WEBSITE. This will automatically put you in the database that is linked to our admissions office.

3) Send me your fall tournament schedule (include team name and tournament dates)
